We are currently engaged in a legal dispute with Chicago-based Codal, Inc. Codal (Twitter:@gocodal and its CEO, Keval Baxi. @kevalbaxi.
SameCondition suspects that Codal is impersonating it.
Several emails were sent from this email address i.e., samecondition@protonmail.com to the Chicago judge deciding this dispute (and others) making inflammatory statements about the dispute and showing us in poor light.
Given this ongoing conflict, we suspect Codal may be involved in the impersonation of our company SameCondition through these fraudulent emails. The motive appears tied to our legal battle. We urge anyone receiving such emails to report them to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at http://ic3.gov and to contact us for verification.

Can someone stoop to such a low level? These are grievous acts. These are criminal activities. Why would some one take law into one’s own hands, more so in this digital era when footprints are created whatever we do. So, knowing this, no one would have the audacity to do this. Since we have a legal dispute with Codal @gocodal, circumstantial evidence points out that Keval Baxi and Matthew Gierut and their company are the only persons/entities of interest who would indulge in such criminal activities. We can not imagine any one else in the USA, India or elsewhere who would resort to such heinous activities against us. It has to be Codal and its co-founders.
We have lodged the report with the FBI as well as Chicago police.
